Modernising: 15 police vehicles fitted with trackers
Fifteen official vehicles of different police stations have been equipped with GPS trackers, says DPO.

Fifteen official vehicles of different police stations across Attock district have been equipped with GPS trackers, District Police Officer Hilala Khan told The Express Tribune on Saturday. Of the vehicles fitted with trackers, two are sanctioned to the Attock City Police Station, said Khan. He said the system will allow the police to monitor the vehicles’ use and trace them in case of any hazard. He said a control room for the tracking system has been set up in the DPO office, where duty officer will monitor the vehicles’ location round the clock.
