Murder charge: Shan Khusro’s remand extended
Burki police sought a nine-day physical remand to recover the weapon
LAHORE:
Judicial Magistrate Imran Yousaf on Monday extended the three-day physical remand of Shan Muhammad Khan Khusro, son of former Lahore commissioner Khusro Parvez Khan, held on suspicions of murder for three days. Burki police produced Shan Khusro before the magistrate on Monday and sought a nine-day physical remand to recover the weapon used in the alleged murder. However the judge allowed only three days and directed the police to produce shan Khusro on July 5 with complete investigation report.
The investigation officer told the court that police had recovered the key to the deceased’s car from the roof of Shan Khusro’s house. He said that the mobile phone of the deceased had also been recovered. The weapon, he said, had not been recovered yet and sought more time for it.
