Gutted: Bank catches fire in Shirin Jinnah
Fire broke out at a Meezan Bank branch in Shirin Jinnah Colony on Monday.

Fire broke out at a Meezan Bank branch in Shirin Jinnah Colony on Monday, and left the building partially damaged. No casualties were reported. Fire brigade officials said that they received information about the fire broke at 6:00 am and had sent a fire tender to the site within half an hour. They added that the blaze broke out in the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) of the bank. Police also reached the site after being informed by the bank’s private security guards.
