Abduction case: SHC summons SSP and SHO
Petitioner nominated and identified five clan members.

The Sindh High Court ordered SSP Naushehro Feroz and SHO of Mithiyani police station on Thursday to present an alleged abducted person before it on July 4.
A division bench, comprising Justice Muhammad Tasnim and Justice Riazat Ali Sahar, was hearing a petition arising out of an application filed by Gul Hasan, an employee of the high court, who maintained that his nephew Gul Aziz was kidnapped by nine armed men from a tube well near the family land/ house.
Gul Aziz, a resident of village Muhammad Yousuf Mastoi, Naushehro Feroz, was missing since June 19, the petitioner maintained, alleging that kidnappers have an old dispute with other relatives of Gul Aziz .
The petitioner nominated and identified five persons of Khuhawar clan and requested the area police to recover the abducted young man apprehending danger to his life.
The inaction by the police since June 19, forced the applicant to file the application before the Chief Justice of high court.
When the case came up on Thursday, both the SSP Naushehro Feroz and and SHO of Mithiyani police station appeared before the bench and submitted that police was trying to recover the victim.
The bench expressing displeasure over police inability to arrest the nominated accused and recovery of the victim ordered the respondents to recover and produced the accused before the bench on July 4.
