A female worker died on Thursday after she was injured while working on a machine in D-Type Colony. Police said Sumera, a resident of Chak 224-RB, got stuck in a machine at the factory on Samundri Road. She was pulled out by some colleagues and taken to district headquarters hospital, but did not survive.
