A Multan Electric Power Company official was suspended over negligence and poor performance charges on Monday. A statement issued by the MEPCO head office said the decision was taken in the wake of a number of complaints against Sub Divisional Officer Rajesh Kumar Rathi, employed at Rajanpur sub division. It said an inquiry would now be launched against the said official.
