Schools: Rs120 million allocated for Bahawalpur

In Bahawalpur division Rs358 million will be spent next year to provide basic facilities in 187 schools, said Provincial Prisons Minister Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar. He said Rs120 million had been allocated for Bahawalpur and Rs106 million for 52 schools in Bahawalnagar.

He added that Rs134 million would be spent on 67 schools in Rahim Yar Khan. He said that in the coming financial year water and electricity would be provided to 2,000 primary schools.
