After six days of pen-down strike, seven technical staffers of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) State Electricity Department have been assured promotions. The AJK government’s announced that metre test assistant will be promoted from BPS-10 to 11, metre supervisor and head lineman from BPS-7 to 9, lineman from BPS-6 to 7, metre reader from BPS-5 to 7, assistant lineman from BPS-5 to 6 and bill distributor from BPS-3 to 5.
