Karachi violence claims 7 lives

KARACHI: At least seven people have been killed in Karachi since last night, reported Express News on Monday.

Two people were killed as a result of firing by unidentified gunmen in the Bhains Colony area. The dead were identified as Abrar and Abdul Hameed. Another person Amir Baloch was killed along with his friend as a result of firing in the New Karachi area.

A tortured body was recovered from the Star Ground area of Landhi, and another body, with the hands and feet tied, was found in the Korangi area. The bodies have not been identified as yet.

Another body, identified as Mohammad Shahid, was found in the Federal B Area.

On Monday, at least 12 people were killed in the continuing wave of violence in the city.
