Service structure: YDA ‘will boycott work from June 18’
YDA Punjab chapter had decided to go on an indefinite strike if the revised service structure was not implemented.

The Young Doctors Association has threatened to boycott work in all teaching hospitals of the province if the government failed to implement the revised service structure by June 18. YDA president Dr Mazhar said it had been over a year since plans for a service structure were announced by the government.
He said the YDA Punjab chapter had decided to go on an indefinite strike if the revised service structure was not implemented. “We have started wearing black armbands to work from today (Saturday),” he said.
