Caught impersonating: Afghan national held with Pak ID card
Police registered a case against the accused.

Police arrested an Afghan national on charges of impersonating a Pakistani national on Sunday. During routine patrolling, a police contingent stopped a suspect near Fauji Foundation School and during body search recovered an identity card issued by National Database and Registration Authority, bearing the name Salman of Gujranwala, Punjab. Upon investigation, the suspect was identified as Nuzrat Khan of Afghan camp number five of Khakhi, Mansehra. During investigation, the afghan national revealed that he had bought the card from a shopkeeper in Saddar Bazaar, Peshawar. Police registered a case against the accused.
