Fort munro incident: President orders action against ‘rapists’
Says culprits involved in the crime must be arrested and be harshly punished.
ISLAMABAD:
President Asif Ali Zardari has condemned the alleged rape incident of five girls at Fort Manro by security officials and has sought a report on the incident. The president said that the culprits involved in the crime must be arrested and be harshly punished. Interior Minister Rehman Malik also took serious note of the incident and has sought a report from the Punjab chief secretary and IG Punjab.The Interior Minister has also instructed the FIA deputy director in Multan to conduct a probe and submit a report.
