Yousuf Baloch selected as chairman Senate's petroleum committee

Senator Yousuf Baloch has been selected as the chairman for Senate's Standing Committee on Petroleum and Natural Resources.
Senator Baloch is a leader of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and was a close associate of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
He is one of the members of a committee constituted by President Asif Ali Zardari to address reservations of the PPP workers in the Lyari area.
Baloch was also one of the two people invited from Pakistan to witness the oath-taking ceremony of President Barack Obama in 2009.
