Property transfer: SHO to comment on threats claim
Petitioner claims man had entered her house on May 23 and beat up her son, Rao Abbas.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Malik Khizar Hayat Khan sought comments from Naseerabad SHO by June 8 on a petition filed by a woman seeking the registration of case against four men for threatening her with death for not transferring her property in theirPetitioner Jameela Bibi submitted that Noor Muhammad Khan and his three accomplices had entered her house on May 23 and beat up her son, Rao Abbas. Khan and his three accomplices had entered her house on May 23 and beat up her son, Rao Abbas. She told the court that the men had threatened to kill her and her son if she did not transfer her house in Gopalnagar in Khan’s name. She said that the Naseerabad SHO had not helped her. She asked the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against the men.
