V Jayadevan said the International Cricket Council (ICC) had failed to give his version a fair hearing. “That review was very shallow and pre-meditated,” wrote Jayadevan in a protest letter to ICC President Sharad Pawar. “There was virtually no attempt to find out if there were any shortcomings in the D/L system.”
