Two killed in South Waziristan drone strike
Spy plane in the Dab Kot area targets motorcycle, firing 6 missiles at it.
SOUTH WAZIRISTAN:
Two people, including a local Taliban commander’s brother, were killed in a drone attack in the Doog area of South Waziristan on Saturday, Express News reported.
Early this morning, a spy plane in the Doog area, 6km south of Wana Bazar, targeted a motorcycle and fired 6 missiles at it. The two passengers on the bike lost their lives, and the motorcycle was completely destroyed.
According to local sources, of the two people killed, one of them was the brother of a commander in the Mullah Nazir Group.
Even after the drone attack, the military planes kept circling the area, spreading intense fear amongst locals.
Earlier, a US drone strike killed four suspected militants in North Waziristan.
