Evacuation: Staff ordered to vacate hostel
The management of Chandka Medical College Hospital in Larkana has directed nurses and other personnel to vacate.

The management of Chandka Medical College Hospital in Larkana has directed nurses and other personnel to vacate the 53-year-old, 22-room hostel building due to its dilapidated condition. The staff was ordered to vacate the building within the next 30 days over fears that it might collapse at any time. The hostel was constructed in 1958 and was converted into a teaching hospital. A total of 17 nurses live in the hostel while eight of them live there with their families.
