HARIPUR: The police have been unsuccessful in finding a teenaged girl who was allegedly abducted from Khanpur two weeks back. Salman Shahid* a resident of Pakshahi village alleged that he was in a nearby jungle collecting firewood and his daughter, Samra*, 16, was alone at home, when Raheel, Zahoor and their sister Azra forcibly took her away. The complainant said that Zahrah had sent a proposal of her brother Raheel for Samra which Salman refused. He added that the accused avenged their insult by abducting his daughter.
