Managing the disaster managers (II)

KARACHI: I think Dr Awab Alvi has raised an important point in that there hardly is ever a plan for dealing with such calamities. We need to organise ourselves and plan for the future. This means consideration should be given to developing our infrastructure and ensuring that plans made on paper move beyond that stage.
