Crime: Man shot dead
Brother told police that they did not know if Mumtaz had any enmity with anyone.

He attended a phone call and went out the door. His family heard gunshots and went out to find Mumtaz Alam lying dead in a pool of blood. His brother, Shah Alam, lodged a complaint with the Sihala police against unknown suspects. He told police that they did not know if Mumtaz had any enmity with anyone. The police registered a case.
