Fuel leak: Woman injured as bike catches fire
Police said the motorcycle caught fire after its owner Muhammad Tariq had drawn fuel from it.

An elderly woman was injured after the motorcycle she was riding on caught fire in the Gojra City area. Police said the motorcycle caught fire after its owner Muhammad Tariq had drawn fuel from it. Some of it, they speculated, had apparently leaked. Sardaran Bibi, a guest at Tariq’s house, who was standing next to the bike was injured, in the fire. She was taken to Allied Hospital with severe burn injuries. Doctors treating her said that her condition was critical. The Burn Unit in charge, Dr Nagra, said that the victim had 80 per cent burns.
