Allocating Funds: New budget to include projects and welfare schemes

The chief minister of Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah, held a meeting at Chief Minister House on Wednesday to discuss the annual budget for 2012-2013.
He stressed the need to initiate new mega projects and public welfare schemes in the next Annual Development Programme.
Shah said that funds should be allocated for development of rural areas of the province while maximum amount of funds should also be allocated for health, education and agriculture.
The meeting was attended by the additional secretary of planning and development department, Israr Malik and other officials.
