Mubarak was refusing to return Rs67,000 which he had browed from him some time ago.

A man was booked on fraud charges in Mandra area on Wednesday.
Zafar Iqbal lodged a report with the police that Mubarak was refusing to return Rs67,000 which he had browed from him some time ago.
The police registered a case but no arrest has been made so far.
