Pay group: Civil aviation staff upgraded
Upgrading of support staff of the CAA to Pay Group-1 in line with their length of service and qualifications.
KARACHI:
A special meeting of the cabinet sub-committee held on Tuesday in the Establishment Division under the chairmanship of Religious Affairs Minister Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah approved the upgrading of support staff of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to Pay Group-1 in line with their length of service and qualifications.
According to a CAA press release, employees holding qualifications like BE/AMIE/MBA/MPA HRM and Masters will be in Pay Group-5, graduate, B Tech, Intermediate and DAE will be in Pay Group-4, matriculate will be in Pay Group-3 and under-matriculate, middle, primary and illiterate will be in Pay Group-1.
