Amidst 'Go Gilani Go' slogans, Nawaz promises change in Sindh

Nawaz Sharif criticises the government of unjust treatment of the people of Sindh.

THATTA:
The government has embroiled the people of Sindh in a host of problems, including poverty, terrorism, inflation, unemployment and power crisis, said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Nawaz Sharif.

He was addressing a “Go Gilani Go” rally in Thatta via telephone on Sunday.

Criticising the government of unjust treatment of the people of Sindh, the PML-N chief said that his party would bring change in the province.


He also announced that he would soon visit the area.

Speaking during the rally, PML-N Sindh president Ghous Ali Shah asked Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani to step down immediately.

PML-N’s recent recruit, Marvi Memon, was also present at the rally, who reiterated her party’s stance and said that corrupt and incompetent people have no right to rule the country.
