Higher education: 3000 students appear for KU test
KU held the aptitude test for admissions to its MPhil, PhD, MS and MD programmes on Sunday.

Karachi University (KU) held the aptitude test for admissions to its MPhil, PhD, MS and MD programmes on Sunday. Nearly 3,000 candidates appeared in the test.
For the faculty of science, 1,112 candidates appeared in the test for 386 available seats, while 610 appeared for 260 seats in faculty of arts, 200 for 55 seats in the faculty of Islamic Studies, 210 for 20 seats in medicine, 268 for 45 seats in management and administrative science and 118 for 15 seats in pharmacy. The list of successful candidates will be displayed on May 7.
