Railways edged out Wapda 1-0 to clinch the PHF Under-21 Girls Hockey Championship in Lahore. The game’s only goal came in the fifth minute when Kulsoom converted a penalty corner to put her side ahead. Meanwhile, Aqsa Mumtaz was named the best player while Maira Sabir ended as the top-scorer of the tournament. Punjab Whites’ Samia Anwar took the award for the best goal-keeper.
