Hockey: Punjab Colours take 3rd spot
Punjab Colours defeated Punjab Whites 2-1 to finish third in the 2nd PHF Under-21 Girls Hockey Championship.

Punjab Colours defeated Punjab Whites 2-1 to finish third in the 2nd PHF Under-21 Girls Hockey Championship. Whites’ Rabia Anwar scored the opening goal of the match two minutes into the second half. However, Colours fought back and scored twice in five minutes through Shaneel Babar and Kulsoom Munir to seal the win. In another match, Pakistan Board thrashed Sindh 3-1 in the fifth-position match despite being a goal down. Iqra Marium scored for Sindh but Gulnaz Parveen levelled the game. Shamsa Jawed put Pakistan Board ahead and Shamshad Barkat scored later to round off a perfect performance.
