Pakistan open their campaign at the tournament against China

Hosts Malaysia and Korea got off to winning starts as the Junior Asia Cup hockey tournament in Malacca. While Malaysia enjoyed a flying start, thrashing Iran 6-1 with captain Nor Faez Ibrahim scoring a hat-trick, Korea opened their account with a 4-1 win over Japan. Pakistan open their campaign at the tournament against China, while defending champions India take on Sri Lanka in the other Pool B game today.
