Advocate Ashraf Samoo was elected as president of the Malir Bar Association (MBA) in the 16th annual elections.

Advocate Ashraf Samoo was elected as president of the Malir Bar Association (MBA) in the 16th annual elections of the body. The turnout was high, as 402 out of 570 eligible voters cast their votes.
Mohammad Tufail Virk was elected as vice president, Lutfullah Seelro as general secretary, Rao Zahid as joint secretary, Abida Junejo as librarian and Mohammad Nawaz as treasurer. An 11-member managing committee was already elected unanimously.
