Basketball: Inter-university event commences today
AKU Inter-University Basketball Tournament will start today with a total of 11 teams.
KARACHI:
The 11th AKU Inter-University Basketball Tournament will start today with a total of 11 teams from all over Karachi taking part in the tournament played on a league basis at the AKU Sports Centre Gymnasium. The teams have been divided into four pools. Pool A teams include Greenwich University and Dow University of Health Sciences Green Team and Pool B consists of teams from Ziauddin Medical University, Indus Valley School of Arts & Architecture and Dow University of Health Sciences Blue Team. Aga Khan University, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology and Iqra University teams are included in Pool C. Teams playing in pool D are Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, Institute of Business Management and Institute of Business Administration.
