12 dead, 8 injured as van falls into ditch
Local volunteers reached the site and began retrieving the dead and injured passengers.

At least 12 people were killed and eight others were injured when a van fell into a ditch near Muzaffarabad on Wednesday, Express News reported.
Police said the van, carrying around 20 passengers, was coming from Zheng when the driver lost control of the vehicle while turning a sharp turn, plunging the vehicle into a ditch hundreds of feet deep.
On being alerted of the incident, local volunteers reached the site and began retrieving the dead and injured passengers.
