A Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) employee was electrocuted while fixing a broken electricity transformer in Sector I-10/1 on Thursday. The police said Muhammad Aamir, 34, was electrocuted and died on the spot when he accidentally touched a high tension wire. The Sabzi Mandi police handed over his body to his family for burial, as no criminal investigations were required.
