Mind sports: Pakistan squad to be named in July
'Over 1,100 players from across the country will be featuring in bridge, chess and scrabble competitions'

Pakistan’s squad for the second World Mind Sports Championship will be named during the second National Mind Sports Championships, according to officials. “Over 1,100 players from across the country will be featuring in bridge, chess and scrabble competitions,” said Pakistan Mind Sports Association (MSAP) Director Tariq Rasheed Khan. He said players would be awarded Rs1 million as prize-money. “MSAP is working hard to boost the mind sports eyeing the best performances on the international stage.” He said Pakistan Bridge Federation, Chess Federation of Pakistan and Pakistan Scrabble Association will be coordinating in the conduct of championships.
