Material Support: Pakistani jailed in US for LeT support

Jubair Ahmad received the sentence after being found guilty of promoting and urging recruitment for the LeT.

WASHINGTON:
A Pakistani living in US was sentenced Friday to 12 years in prison and five years of supervised release for providing material support for Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), US officials said.


Jubair Ahmad, 24, who lived in Woodbridge, Virginia, received the sentence after being found guilty of promoting and urging recruitment for the LeT, the Justice Department said.
