Lawlessness: Two brothers go missing

Two brothers went missing from the city in broad daylight on Sunday. Ghulam Muhammad, a resident of Muhalla Babu, told the police on Monday that his sons Muhammad Ilyas and Muhammad Abbas did not return home when they went to get vegetables from a nearby market at around 10am on Sunday. Ilyas was a cloth merchant by profession while Abbas was a student of Cadet College Jehlum. The complainant said their cell phones were found switched off despite repeated attempts to contact them. He, however, did not nominate anyone in the First Information Report. The police are yet to find any clue to their whereabouts.
