Journalists’ Colony: Govt to give Rs2.5m as first installment

The government will give Rs2.5 million as the first installment for the development of the Kirpa Road media housing project in Islamabad, MNA Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said on Friday.

He was addressing the closing session of national media convention, said a press release issued on Saturday.

The project is the first housing colony for media workers, both journalists and non-journalists. Registries of plots were also given to the owners.
