Enforced Disappearances: K-P police officials issued notice
Petitioner alleged that Badabher Police SHO picked up his brother Zafran when a police party raided their house.

The Peshawar High Court has put senior Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa police officials on notice after the family of a missing person accused policemen of abducting him in a raid last month. Petitioner Zahdan has alleged that the Badabher Police SHO had picked up his brother Zafran when a police party raided their house at 8 pm on March 28. PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan issued notices to the K-P police chief, capital city police officer and SHOs of both Chamkani and Badabher police stations.
