Accident: Three-year-old boy drowns in canal
Rescue workers, residents find body after hour-long struggle.

A three-year-old boy drowned in a canal in Yakkatoot locality of Peshawar on Wednesday, residents said.
Omer, whose home is situated on the Agha Mirjani Road in Yakkatoot, was playing outside his house when he slipped into the canal, which is almost 10-foot deep.
Residents and rescue workers fished out the body after struggling for an hour and rushed it to Lady Reading Hospital, where doctors pronounced the boy dead.
