Health: Medical board to treat two patients

Resident of Partab Nagar, and his family met an accident in June 2005 when their chairlift in Patriyata broke.

On the directions of Chief Minister (CM), a medical board has been constituted to provide medical treatment to a man who fell from the chairlifts in Murree and a poor kidney patient. Punjab Medical College (PMC) Principal Dr Zahid Yaseen Hashmi will supervise the medical board, which will complete its report and submit the same to the CM within two days.


Muhammad Saleem, resident of Partab Nagar, and his family met an accident in June 2005 when their chairlift in Patriyata broke. Saleem’s wife was killed in the accident while Saleem severely injured his backbone, which paralyzed his lower body. Similarly, Adil Farooq, resident of Kamalia, has been suffering from chronic kidney disease.
