Tricky transit: Woman deprived of jewellery

ABBOTABAD: Four women allegedly stole gold bangles from a woman while she was travelling on a bus near Supply Bazaar on Tuesday. Zainab Bibi of Mohalla Mirpur lodged a complaint with the Cantonment police accusing four women of stealing two gold bangles weighing two tolas. She said she realised her bangles were missing after the women got off the van. The police arrested one of the accused, Resham Jan, a resident of Hasanabdal, while her three accomplices are still at large.
