Cricket: Bangladesh cricketers get pay raise
As many as 15 Bangladesh cricketers received the central contracts.

As many as 15 Bangladesh cricketers received the central contracts, which were approved in the meeting of Bangladesh Cricket Board’s (BCB) directors, with a 10 per cent raise in their salaries. The contracts run from January 1 to till the end of the year. Players finding a place in Grade (A+) include Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Tamim Iqbal, Abdur Razzak and Masrafe Bin Mortaza, while Mahmudullah and Imrul Kayes have been placed in Grade A. Rubel Hossain, Shafiul Islam and Nazmul Hossain have been included in Grade B, while Nasir Hossain and Jahurul Islam found a place in Grade C. The rookie grade comprises Nazim Uddin, Shuvagata Hom Chowdhury and Mohammed Elias.
