Faulted Legal System: Former CJ lambasts Dr Fai’s arrest
Justice Malik says Dr Fai’s conviction is baseless.

Commenting over the conviction of US-based Kashmiri leader Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai by a US court, former chief justice of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) High Court Justice (retd) Abdul Majeed Malik on Saturday asserted that the sentence was consequent of inherent biases in the implementation of US legal maxims.
Speaking to the media, Justice Malik opposed Dr Fai’s conviction saying that it was baseless.
