Arid agriculture varsity’s students’ week concludes
PMAS-AAUR Vice-Chancellor lauds students for efforts, distributed shields, certificates among declamation winners.

From declamations to documentary competitions and food festivals, the students’ week at Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi (PMAS-AAUR) had it all. After a four-day doze of extracurricular and co-curricular activities, the event concluded with the awards distribution ceremony of the inter-university bilingual declamation on Saturday.
PMAS-AAUR Vice-Chancellor Prof. Muhammad Munir lauded the students for their efforts and distributed shields and certificates among the declamation winners.
In the English declamations, Hashim Mufti of National University of Science and Technology secured first position, while Shuja Abbas of Punjab University Afifa Fayyaz of Islamic International Islamic University stood second and third respectively. In the Urdu declamations, Abid Afzal of Azad Jammu Kashmir University secured first position, Muhammad Usama of Punjab University second position, while Shahid Lateef of HITEC University Taxila secured third position.
