Nawaz: From 'go go' to 'come come'
Addressing a rally in Mehar on Monday, Nawaz said he himself visited Sindh every week during the devastating floods and brought tons of relief goods for the people.
“I immediately reached the people of Sindh, well before any other politician,” Nawaz said, adding he did it only because he loves them. “What I did for Sindh was not a favour but my responsibility towards the people,” he said.
The PML-N leader further said he told Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif not to wait and to start relief activities in the flood-hit areas.
“Shahbaz had sent 1,000 trucks full of necessary items to Sindh right away,” he said.
The PML-N Chief reminded people that the leaders they voted for had done nothing for them. He assured that if the people of Sindh bring him in power in Sindh, he will end all the problems faced by them.
“We will end daku raj in Sindh,” he added.
Not congratulating Gilani
Nawaz said Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani complained that I had not congratulated him for completing four years in power. “I question what should I be congratulating him for?, for the bad economy, for rising inflation or for all the miseries they have caused,” he said.
Laptops for all
Praising his free laptops scheme in Punjab, Nawaz said students of Sindh are equally deserving and should be getting computers as well.
“Students across Pakistan should get free laptops,” he added.
Punjab government
Highlighting Punjab government’s achievements in the province, Nawaz said his party has served the people after coming to power.
“If there is a lot of work done in Punjab and not in other provinces, this proves that PML-N is serving its people well,” he said.
“If you want to see similar progress in Sindh, then vote for us,” he added.
Emphasising the problems of Sindh, Nawaz said deserving students don’t get admission in universities for higher education and people have to bribe authorities to get a job. He added that there is lack of clean working water.
“Promises made by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) can only be seen in their advertisements and not in reality,” he criticised.

Its shame that we still consider Zardari and Nawaz Sharif our leaders, even both proved times and again that they were more loyal to themselves than Pakistan. This Samjhota Express must be derailed now. Otherwise we'll have to pay more heavy price.
PTI is the only viable option in this scenario. Long live PTI, long live Imran Khan.

Main sahib, please boast of something you have done with your own effort or money. Spending tax payers money to distribute laptops won't get you youth votes. Please work on feeding the poor in Punjab. Even better idea is to please retire and go to your palaces in London.

Monsieur Nawaz Sharif is absolutely raison that present government has done nothing for Sindh despite the fact that Sindhis gave clear majority to PPP to form the government. For how long PPP will continue its policy of neglect of its province when there is less than 12 months left to govern. Au Revoir.

@ Gilgiti-No voting right but Proud Pakistan, (thanks to be a proud Pakistani.) On behalf of all Pakistanis I request Pakistan government to give complete voting rights to our brothers and sisters in northern areas. Also thanks for joke of the day that outside world does not know Mian Sahib. Its Imran Khan who is unknown in world governments including Pakistan's most important stake holders which are Saudi Arabia and United States. Imran is only known as cricketer and that too in cricket playing nations which are few in the world. No body knows him as a politician and leader. He is in league with Dhoni, Kapil Dev, Border, Ranatunga, Clive Llyod and Ponting, whereas Mian Sahib is in leauge with world leaders like King Abdullah, Manmohan, Obama etc.

@Hamid Umair: He is the leader of Punjab province, he is not liked in other province. We know what he did with Sindh when we gave him voted in Sindh. We like PPP govt which is not doing anything than PML(N) government that will target Sindh.

@ Murad, please don't use bad words for Mian Sahib. You have every right to dispute and criticise his policies but with some respect. I always criticise Imran but respect and love him more than anybody and that is the only reason I beg him to stay away from politics. People around him will destroy his image.
Young generation want jobs and decent careers not empty slogans and live cricket matches. Its only possible with growth in industrial and business sector. Who is better equiped than Mian Sahib to fix a declining economy? Nation must give him free hand to put Pakistan back on track.

oh God! I have heard Mian Saab repeating this mantra of "we sent 1000 of trunks to Sindh" over 1000 times now. For God sake, mian saab please come up with something new! How about talking about the real issues of Sindh e.g.water, electricity, fedual lords, women rights etc instead of preaching us on laptops and your work in Punjab
Mr-Nawaz i am now here supposing that except these sorts of comments you have done tons of work for the sindhi people. . . ??? Still load shedding up to 20 hours in province where you hold the autonomous power. what have you done to tackle serious issues of Punjab and to amend its derailing economy???? There is gain this time in point scoring. Who did get relief in their many terms in government??? They have damaged democracy by helping dictators to rule us and then left country with out facing the hardship. All they are good at is enjoying power and plunder the money.

Shahbaz didn't send the relieft costs from his own money. He sent the relieft goods from tax payers money. It was the state responding and not Shahbaz. IF Shahbaz had sent 1000 trucks from his own pocket, the line would hold true.

People are protesting on the streets of Lahore and this stupid leader is enjoying his visit to Sindh. After that he well depart for London and come back after taking some rest. An what kind of insentive he is talking about that have been given to the people of Punjab. Now only PTI should be the choice of Pakistanis. We all should register our vote and must must must go for ballto on election day. That one day can change our fate. Now time to think and time to act.
He is most un disputeable leader in four provinces. Punjabi by heart, have respect in nationalist Sindh,Balochistan and KP parties and people. For sure he will come again in upcoming elections Inshalah
