Enforced disappearances: Three missing persons reach home in Peshawar
Petitioner Basitullah alleges that Pishtakhara SHO Ejaz and SSP Tahir Ayyub had picked up the three men on March 4

Peshawar High Court disposed off on Wednesday a writ petition on missing persons when it was informed that three men had safely reached home.
During the hearing, a divisional bench headed by PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan was told that Shahidullah, Rifaat and Misri Khan, who were said to be missing, had reached home at 9pm on Tuesday, March 20.
Petitioner Basitullah had alleged that Pishtakhara SHO Ejaz and SSP Tahir Ayyub had picked up the three men on March 4 from Pishtakhara area and kept them under illegal detention.
