Gorakh Peak: Work on hill station to begin soon
Committee went over the progress made on the project for the province’s first hill station at Gorakh peak.
KARACHI:
A meeting attended by provincial tourism minister, Mohammad Ali Malkani, law minister, Ayaz Soomro, finance minister Murad Ali Shah, MPAs Najamuddin Abro, Syed Ghulam Shah and others went over the progress made on the project for the province’s first hill station at Gorakh peak in the Khirthar mountain range, which is west of Dadu district. The committee said that construction of schools, playgrounds, hotels and housing schemes would start once the Gorakh Development Authority gets control of the land, and ordered the provincial revenue department to quickly complete the transfer.
