Volleyball: K-P, FATA off to national event
A 12-member Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and 14-member Fata volleyball teams have left for Shakargarh.

A 12-member Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and 14-member Fata volleyball teams have left for Shakargarh to participate in the forthcoming 25th National Junior Volleyball Championship that starts from March 20. Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa will defend their title and the volleyball association secretary Khalid Waqar was confident that the team will be able to retain it as the head coach Fazali Rabi Khan has trained the team ‘perfectly’. Meanwhile, Fata Volleyball Association Secretary Khurshid Khan said that they have selected the players on merit after holding a two-day trial under the supervision of former captain Abdur Rahim Khan.
