The trainer speakers at a workshop on conflict resolution termed conflicts as a regular process in society and needs indigenous resolution based on local practices. The three days training workshop on the conflict resolution got underway at Staff Training Institute (STI) University of Peshawar in which around 50 University teachers within Khyber- Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) are participating.
