Rehabilitation efforts: HANDS to help flood-affected families
HANDS will provide 10,500 emergency shelter and roofing kits to 30,000 displaced households.

The non-profit organisation, HANDS, with the financial assistance of the International Development department, has planned to reach 210,000 individuals in the worst affected districts of Sindh. At the inauguration ceremony of their ‘One-Room Shelter Project’ on Thursday, it said that HANDS will provide 10,500 emergency shelter and roofing kits to 30,000 displaced households. The kits would comprise plastic sheets, bamboos, steel girder, ropes and solar lights.
